Here you can find all of our FAQ's from the old site. These will likely be updated over time, but we have made the necessary changes for now.

Are the subscriptions/accounts legit, and how do they work?

Yes, everything we sell is 100% genuine, authentically sourced, and tested. Each product is purchased from official distributors and resold by us.

For some services, such as Canva, you will get an Invite link. While others, you may get a license key or even login credentials. It all depends on the service, but with most premium subscriptions, you get direct account access via your email.

Do I need to use Telegram to pay for my order?

Not anymore! However, for faster support & better security. It is still recommended to use Telegram to contact after placing an order, along with using Guided Payment at checkout.

Can I request a subscription that you don't provide yet?

Absolutely, we welcome all requests. Please note that our team will need to thoroughly test any new subscription to ensure it’s stable, safe, and fully reliable. Because of this, it may not be available immediately, but we’ll keep you updated as we work to bring it to life.

How do I get my order?

This only applies to premium subscriptions!

Step 1:

After placing your order, contact support and provide your Order Number.
If you selected Guided Payment, you’ll receive payment instructions.

Step 2:

Wait for support to confirm the order & payment.

Step 3:

Support will finalize everything and deliver access directly to the email you provide — no login needed.

You’re all set to enjoy your premium subscription!

Note: Some subscriptions don’t support direct email access. In those cases, once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you login credentials instead.

I lost my Warranty key. Can I still get a replacement?

Yes! A unique warranty key is generated from an Order Number by support using our offline tool.

Order Numbers are tied to: Subscription Plan, Warranty Key, & purchase email.

So as long as you can provide both the Order Number and Purchase email, we can verify your plan & warranty with our tool.
